As Hypnotherapists, we deal with all sorts of issues. But there seems to be one constant theme throughout them all: STRESS. Stress can be both good and bad. For instance, riding a roller coaster, getting married or being surprised by a loved one, are all forms of stress, but they are generally welcome ones. The same basic set of stress chemicals are released in your body during happy stress, as when getting into a fight with your boss or getting into a fender bender. And they can wreak havoc on your body if you don't release them. Stress can often be found to be the origin of seemingly unrelated issues that show up in the mind and body. Studies show that in this age of technology, we are experiencing more and different types of stress, than ever before. Stress affects us all and hypnotherapy and related modalities and therapies can help.


We can't avoid stress in our lives,

but we can learn to gain control over its effects on us.
